Gluten Free Pancakes Cup4Cup pancake mix review
We tried the Cup4Cup gluten-free pancake and waffle mix. The recipe calls for 1 ¾ cup Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1 ¼ cup milk, 3 large eggs and 6 tablespoons melted butter. This is an easy recipe. Topped the pancakes with some pure maple syrup, fresh strawberries, and fresh whipped cream.
