Grab your Stetson and get on your good boots it's time to go dancin'! The Vaughn and Haught families are hosting the 4H Fundraiser Barn Dance at Mud Springs Ranch. Friday April 15th from 6:00 to 11:00pm

They will be clearing the floor, setting down the hay bales and shooing out the cows to get the barn ready for the dance. Gather up the whole family and come on out to enjoy a spring evening of fun. DJ James Giacolletti will be playing a variety of tunes so there will be a little something for all different styles of dance.

Bring cash! The Virden 4H Club will organize a concession stand with delicious hot dogs and a variety of chips, candy, coffee, sodas, water, tea and even S'mores kits! Rivers Roadside will be set up to offer 20 different flavors of sno cones! Concessions will have gluten free, sugar free and keto options available.

Dress your country best and get ready to smile in the 4H Club photo booth. A family photo shoot will be available for a small fee. It's a great opportunity to have your family picture taken in this beautiful country setting.

To get to Mud Springs Ranch from Duncan, head northeast to Virden. Go through the town of Virden on Hwy 92. Continue east 2 miles and look for the Mud Springs Ranch road sign on the east side of Hwy 92. Follow Mud Springs Ranch Road northeast for 10 miles. This is a dirt road that crosses a couple creeks, best traveled by truck or SUV.

Admission to the dance is free. For more information check out the Haught Horse Training Facebook page or call Rachel Haught at 928-231-0839. Mud Springs Ranch is owned by Hollis and Dot Vaugh and operated with the help of their son-in-law and daughter Lonnie and Rachel Haught.
