Bristow Group Inc announces contract extensions with Equinor, Shell and Neptune Energy

HOUSTON, TX — Bristow Group Inc. recently announced four separate two-year contract extensions through April 2024 with Equinor, Shell, and Neptune Energy. These contracts are intended to support its air transportation crew change services for its operations in the Norwegian continental shelf.

According to their press release, Equinor extended the Bristow contract at Bergen base for two years, which will end in April 2024 with additional two one-year options to extend. The three companies also recently prolonged the Bristow contract at Florø, Norway base for two years to April 2024, with additional two one-year options to extend.

For over 20 years, Bristow Group has been an Equinor aviation partner and will continue to use its fleet of S-92s to provide crew change flights out of Bristow's bases in Bergen and Florø, Norwegia. The partnership with Neptune Energy and Shell has been formed since May, 2017. Bristow's current contracts with the three companies will expire on April 30, 2022 and all contract extensions also include two one-year options to further prolong the contracts from 2024.
