(Douglas County, Colo.) Land that some Douglas County residents worried could be churned into more development is now dedicated park space. The Douglas County Board on June 28 unanimously voted to convey Toepfer Park in Highlands Ranch to the Highlands Ranch Metro District and Sweetwater Park in Acres Green to South Suburban Parks and Recreation District.
