My new blender gave me issues.

I bought a brand new blender here and took home. On getting home, I decided to grind some fruits with my new product, and boom, disappointment, no ignition at all. I took it back there the following day and complained.

Before I was done lamenting, they started apologizing for the mistake and informed me that the blender wasn't supposed to be on the shelf.

We agreed that it's part of the faulty products that should be kept off the shelf. I was given a bigger and more costlier one in return with no additional fee. I was grateful anyway. I got a better one.
