I decided to find out more about the history of the Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.

Some people said this place is closed due to COVID-19 while someone else shared remarks about his recent tour at this theater. Well, I ended up touring with a few people and we learned a little about the history of the theater. The Chinese Theater was originally called Grauman Chinese Theater and later called TCL (The Creative Life) after the theater teamed up with one of the biggest Chinese electronic manufacturers (The Creative Life). I wasn't satisfied with what I had acquired so I researched further about the theater. I discovered that this theater was first renamed from Grauman Chinese Theater to Mann's Chinese Theatre in 1973 which later reverted back to its original name in 2001. Finally, TCL purchased the facility’s naming right in 2013.
