CHARLOTTE, NC — The Cornelius Police Department and Cornelius Parks and Recreation Department are looking for sponsors and vendors for their upcoming National Night Out, which is set to make a comeback after the 2020 event was canceled.
The National Night Out is organized by the Cornelius Police Department, and it aims to promote crime prevention and public safety. This event also aims to raise awareness of the importance of building a comfortable environment free from crime.
In this event, participants can spend time with friends and family by doing various fun activities such as street vendors, entertainment, children's activities, and food stalls.
2021 National Night Out will take place on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. The event will last for 2 hours starting at 6 pm. until 8 pm and is located in Bailey Road Park.
Related to this, the Cornelius Police are currently looking for sponsors who can support the National Night Out. The sponsorship offered is divided into 2 sponsorship packages, Food Sponsor and Music Sponsor.
The Food Sponsor plan costs $500 while the Music Sponsor package costs $1000. The price difference is obtained because the benefits of each package are also different. For the Music Sponsor package which has a higher price range, you will get a top listing of the logo or company name on all promotional materials. Even so, the rest of the two packages will get the same benefits. The benefits include the mention of the company name and a special thank you that will be brought by the MC during the event; getting booth sponsors including tables, tents, and chairs, and being allowed to bring their display; as well as embedding a logo or company name in every promotional material including press releases, social media, advertisements, and posters.
This event also provides opportunities for small businesses to promote their services. Free vendors are required to bring their equipment.
