Reno River Festival Returns! June 12-13 Downtown Reno, NV

Jenny Justice

The Reno River Festival promises to be a wonderful way to spend your June 12-13. The weather: summer. The feeling: lifting of COVID restrictions because we will all be doing better at following some rules, getting those vaccines, and wearing those masks, right? The vibe: nature and fun in the middle of downtown Reno. Let's do this!

The Reno River Festival is held in the heart of downtown Reno by the Truckee River. A “celebration of all things local,” the Reno River Festival offers it all: music, local food and drink, and arts and craft vendor booths full of local merchants.

“The heart of downtown Reno will transform into an outdoor destination featuring local craft beer, local food, local craft vendors, and local musical acts. Riverfest will look a little different this year, but it is packed with all things summer for one unforgettable weekend.

Choose your outdoor adventure! Support local, hop it up with samples of craft beer, get a little bubbly with the summer hard seltzer tour, or reserve your crew some relaxing summer vibes. Get your tickets to the Reno River Festival now” (Reno River Festival).

The Reno River Festival Music Fest will take place Saturday from 10am - 9pm, and Sunday from 10am-7pm on the Wingfield Amphitheater Stage. Local musicians include Grace Hayes, Valentine Rodeo, New Wave Crave, and more!

For the family and kids the Reno River Festival will also offer the Reno Tahoe Adventure Park. The Reno Tahoe Adventure Park “will feature a large collection of obstacles, rides, challenges, and games ! The park boasts a summer carnival atmosphere with one-of-a-kind thrills for the entire family. It is vastly expanded this year with bigger, faster, and more daring rides for all ages. Whether you have little ones who like to bounce or you want to fly high above the record rapids of the Truckee River, the Adventure Park has fun for everyone. A festival entry will be required to enjoy the rides. Tickets are only $10 for adults, while kids and dogs are free (Reno Tahoe Adventure Park).

In addition to music and adventure, you of course, can also eat and shop! Local food venders will be front and center at the Vendor Village. Stop by, browse, and explore the summer clothing, purses, hats, jewelry and more! If you want to be a vendor, check in with :

Plan to make a day, or maybe two, at the Reno River Festival in Downtown Reno, June 12-13th.
