Do you love good food, good conversation, good times and local travel?
Then you'll want to be "on board" with Divine Dine's food tours for Chicagoans.
I met the owner by chance, at a meeting about two years ago at a forum held by Chicago Black Bloggers. When she introduced her business model to other content creators in our meet and greet session at a local restaurant, I was immediately intrigued.
I took her business card and then I did my homework for future reference. You see, I am indeed a foodie who loves trying new dishes and new destinations to enjoy tasty cuisine.
HERE'S WHAT I FOUND OUT AND WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT DIVINE DINE:
According to the website, Divine Dine is "the only fully black, woman owned, food tour agency in Chicago." In a recent interview, the owner shares her mission as: "My Goals as a blogger and entrepreneur are to bring people together through my love of food. There's greatness in everyone sometimes a great meal is needed to bring it out of them, that's all. That's my job and I take it very seriously. I don’t just want to feed my belly but to also feed the needs of my community."
Events and fun activities include lunch on the lake; wine tastings; shopping; and more.
