How to Make Broccoli Beef Wellington at Home!
INGREDIENTS Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet (2) Lean Ground Beef Bag of Frozen Broccoli Cuts (1) Salt, Pepper Sour Cream 3/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 3/4 of a bag Egg (1) Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning STEPS TO PREPARE -Open one of the crescent dough sheets and spread it onto a cookie sheet -Brown the ground beef in a skillet pan on med heat -Add salt & pepper -Add the bag of broccoli to the pan, continue to stir -Add the sour cream and mozzarella cheese, continue to stir -Once this is cooked and mixed thoroughly, transfer entire contents of skillet pan to the crescent dough sheet and spread evenly -Open the 2nd crescent dough sheet and spread it over the top of the beef/broccoli mixture -Crease and fold the crescent dough edges to secure a good seal (hopefully no leaks!) -Brush the egg onto the top of the crescent dough sheet -Sprinkle some Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning on the top -Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes -Let it cool, cut, & enjoy!
