NEW ORLEANS, LA - Another cooking class for children will be held in September. The class is a collaboration between Acorn Cafe and New Orleans Mom. This time, “Kid’s Table Cooking Series” will show the little ones how to make Unicorn barks and cupcakes. The class will be on Friday, September 3, 2021, and starts at 5 p.m. It takes place at Acorn Cafe, 15 Henry Thomas Drive, New Orleans.
In this class, children can get a chance to create a Unicorn Bark made from colored white chocolate. They will also get to decorate their very own cupcake in Unicorn style with various options of sprinkles. A Unicorn-themed meal will be served to each child at the end of this one-hour class.
To take part in the class, an admission fee of $25 is required for children from the age of one and up. Meal and drink are included on the ticket. Tickets can be purchased here. A caregiver with a minimum age of 16 years old has to accompany the kid in the class.
To join the class, all guests aged 12 and above must provide proof of one Covid-19 vaccine. A negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours before the class starts are accepted as well. The vaccine proof and negative Covid-19 test are not required for the children The cooking class is proceeded by obeying emergency orders from the City of New Orleans.
