COVINGTON, LA - Around 200 artists from over 20 states in the US will showcase their original artworks at Covington Three Rivers Art Festival. The event is planned to be held from Saturday, November 13 to Sunday, November 14, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for both days.

Covington Three Rivers Art Festival was held in 1997 for the first time. It has a mission to deliver art festivals of high quality every fall. Every year, many visitors come to take part in this event. Craftsmen, artists, and the public are all gathered on this most anticipated festival in Covington.

During the festival, colorful tents are available along Columbia Street from the 600 Block and Covington Cemetery to 200 Block and Rutland Street. Arts and crafts demonstrations, live music, and a food court are provided for visitors. Children can enjoy an experience of the first-hand demonstration in the Arts Alive Tent. the judges will decide the artists’ works on the first day, an hour before the festival starts.

The festival also hosts a student art competition that will be displayed during the festival. They aim to give support and boost art education for children. The awards for students will be held on the second day at Heritage Bank.

Many arts-oriented communities, artists, and art lovers make St. Tammany Parish their mecca in appreciating art. The area has many art galleries, art supply stores, clothing boutiques, and restaurant that displays the artists’ work. They also have the reputable St. Tammany Art Association.
