Toast On Market Announces Closure, Plans Move, and Thanks Customers

Toast on Market, a brunch staple located at 620 E. Market St. in the NuLu neighborhood, recently announced that they were shuttering their doors in Derby City.

This decision didn't come lightly, as they enjoyed sixteen years of service to Louisville.

They recently announced on their website: "To All Our Longtime Fans, Supporters, Friends, and Family: It is with great sadness that I am announcing my decision to retire and the closure of our Louisville location. Our final day of service will be Sunday, May 22. The good news is that our New Albany location will reopen on June 1st with our entire staff moving over with us.It has been a joy sharing the last 16 years with all of you. Thank you for all the memories and for sharing your friends, your family, and all of your special moments with us. This truly would not have been possible without your love and support. Thank you!"
