The California Housing Market is Softening

California home prices have now decreased for THREE months in a row, reaching their lowest level since March 2021. In fact, the median sold price in CA dipped below $800k for the 2nd month in a row. In addition, pending home sales declined by double digits for the 6th consecutive month. This is according to a California housing market update from the California Association of Realtors (CAR).
