Houston Public Library to host storytime for babies, toddlers, preschoolers on August 12

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Public Library will hold three storytime events for toddlers, babies, and preschool children, respectively on August 12th, 2021. Here are the three events that will be conducted by the library:

1. Toddler Storytime

Toddler Storytime provides stories, songs, and activities to develop the toddler's social, motor, and literacy skills. All the activities are created in a fun way for children ages 18-36 months and their caregivers. This event will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Central Time - US & Canada. There are 88 seats available for this online event.

2. Baby Storytime

Baby Storytime provides stories, rhymes, movement, and songs to develop the baby's social, motor, and literacy skills. All the activities are created in a fun way for children ages 0-18 months and their caregivers. The event will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Central Time - US & Canada. There are 91 seats left for this virtual event.

3. Preschool Storytime

Preschool Storytime provides stories, songs, and activities to help prepare children for school readiness for children with basic concepts such as ABC’s, 123’s, Colors, and Shapes. All the activities are intended for children ages 3-5 years and their caregivers. It will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Central Time - US & Canada. There are 18 remaining seats available for this event.

Afterwards, go to the registration form and fill it with your full name, email, phone number, library card number, and age group. Lastly, click the register bottom to finish the registration.
