1. Seafood & Citrus: A Perfect Pairing
You will learn how to make a variety of seafood dishes in an easy and quick way. With the fresh and lively flavor, citrus will brighten the briny flavors that are present in seafood and balance well with any seafood dishes.
There are 4 menus you will learn in this class including, Fried Oyster Tacos with Citrus Salsa, Roasted Red Snapper with Citrus & Pistachios, Blackened Redfish with Quick Cabbage and Lemon Butter, and Kumquat Bars.

This class offers you a chance to explore the tradition and taste of Texas Czech culture through baking and shaping fluffy kolache dough with some flavorful fillings. You can also take your delicious kolaches home after the class. Some menus that will feature in this class are Shape & fill Kolache Dough, Fruit-filled Kolaches, Cheese-filled Kolaches, and Klobasnek or kolache dough filled with sausage.
Attend the class on Saturday, July 31 at Central Market Houston from 2-4 p.m. The class is open for 13 and up, for age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Some safety and health protocols may apply.

The class will guide you to make Texas Caviar (black-eyed pea salad on a bed of lettuces, Whiskey Marinated Cowboy Steak (ribeye) with Sweet Onion Relish, Spicy Sweet Potato Steak Fries, and Cast Iron Seasonal Fruit Crisp with Pecan Streusel Topping.
