An Amateur Cook? Don’t Worry, Here Is Your Next Favourite Quick And Easy Pasta Recipe?

I am an amateur cook who doesn’t have any interest in cooking, but I have to manage my dinner once every week. This is because my mother and father both have evening shifts of their jobs on Saturdays. Therefore it is my necessity to learn to cook a thing or two as I can’t order food from restaurants every time.

So there is a new Pasta recipe that I have recently learned and have found delicious. It is an easy quick-fire tomato Pasta recipe. The best thing that I find about this recipe is its simplicity. Yes, it is a simple yet delicious Tomato Pasta recipe perfect for those who aren’t much into cooking.

To prepare this recipe, you need:

- 1 ⅕ kg ripe tomatoes

- ¼ cups fresh basil leaves

- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic from 2 garlic cloves.

- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley

- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, and more for drizzling

- ⅕ kg spaghettini

- Grated Parmesan Cheese. Thats all!

Now let’s come towards the preparing process. Just as I said, it is a simple 6-step recipe as follows:

1 - Finely chop tomatoes, basil, garlic, and parsley.

2 - Now, mix them with oil to form the tomato sauce.

3 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

4 - Add pasta and cook until al dente

5 - Drain pasta and toss it in a serving bowl with the raw sauce

6 - Lastly, transfer the pasta to a bowl, drizzle with oil, and serve with cheese.

And there we go, your luscious pasta is ready!
