All ages are invited to join the Summer Reading Program at the Cuyahoga Falls Library.

The program took off yesterday and all ages can sign up online on this page or in person at the library. The Cuyahoga Falls library is even giving out some really nice cloth registration bags to those who sign up first, so don't delay. One bag per family. You can visit the Children's Desk or Information Desk (on the upper level) to register or pick up a bag.

For students out of school, Summer Reading participation helps prevent the “summer slide” with incentives to read as well as access to educational, interactive, in-person programs. But did you know that adults can join the Summer Reading Program too?

Why should adults join the summer reading program?

Do you love reading but can't find the time to do it? Well, the Summer Reading program will encourage and motivate you to read just 20 minutes a day! You can enter prize drawings each week that you meet your Milestone reading goal! Complete all 8 weeks to enter the grand prize drawing! It's also a great way to model reading to children.

Those who sign up will also receive a free t-shirt. so don't delay. You can sign up for the Summer Reading Program by clicking here. You do need a Cuyahoga Falls library card but can get one by signing up right here on the library website.

Have you ever participated in the Summer Reading Program before?
