Recently, an employee at McDonalds let a customer know that he is not welcome to come visit in very memorable fashion.
After not making a drink to this customer's standards several times, an employee threw him out of the drive-thru and told him to go somewhere else.
Here's the video showing everything that happened.
"It's all on the bottom, see? And now go to a different store. We will not be serving you anymore," the employee said before another employee closed the window.
According to the video, the customer had a problem with how this specific McDonald's was mixing the flavoring for a specific drink, according to the video.
Many people are siding with the employee and think that the employee was in the right. "The manager has a point since it is hard to satisfy a customer," said user CycleRKyle.
In the video, the employee also said that the customer was verbally assaulting some employees, so she said that she was not going to stand for how this individual was treating them.
Perhaps this problem might possibly be related to food shortages as McDonald's is also facing food shortages like many other retailers. Or maybe this customer was just not happy with his drink, no matter how many times it was remade by employees.
What do you think about what this manager did to the customer? Who do you side with, the manager, or the customer?
Please let me know in the comments what you think.
