President Biden has had a very rough month of March.
Recently revealed information shows Biden's overall approval rating has declined to 40 percent, and the survey revealed that 55 percent of respondents did not approve of how he is doing as president. (source)
So, why are Biden's numbers dropping?
The economy is definitely a factor. In addition, the largest land war taking place in Europe since World War II is a definite concern as approximately 7 in 10 Americans expressed low confidence in President Joe Biden’s ability to deal with Russia's invasion of Ukraine in a new NBC News poll. Here's a quick video recap from Fox Business.
The specific question asked was the following: How much confidence would you say you have in Joe Biden’s ability to respond to the war between Russia and Ukraine and manage this crisis? Do you have a great deal of confidence, quite a bit, just some, or very little confidence? A great deal of confidence got 12%, quite a bit of confidence was 16%, just some confidence was 27%, very little confidence had 44% and not sure was 1%. (source)
Despite any numbers on polls, President Biden appears confident in his ability to lead the United States. On Saturday night, President Biden shared that "Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia, for free people refuse to live in a world of hopelessness and darkness. We will have a different future, a brighter future, rooted in democracy and principles, hope and light, of decency and dignity, of freedom, and possibilities."
How do you feel about the job President Biden is doing and the outlook for the country?
