Glass Arrow Coffee will open in Mid-July in East Colfax. The former Motel office and an apartment down East Colfax Avenue will turn into a Glass Arrow Coffee spot. The coffee roaster emerges from Denver's punk scene. The people here consume coffee and encourage roasters as well.
Bebout realized that coffee is a big scene in Denver. He left his job to pursue his career and learned coffee roasting and making from his friend. He was roasting coffee, not running Roostercat day-to-day, and this allowed Bebout to take a job in the sign industry.
He shares that the universe was forcing him to get into the coffee business, and he is now coming up with one. Bebout began roasting and selling coffee to a handful of clients under his company name. Now, he is selling the same under the name of Glass Arrow Coffee.
