Benzina, A new restaurant serving Neapolitan pizza and Italian Cuisine!

If you walk to Benzina, it won't look like a restaurant. Earlier it was a gas station, turned into a funky yet cool restaurant with good music and mid-century decor. Unlike traditional pizza, Benzina's pizza will come sliced.

The dough is a bit sturdier, made from a four-grain blend that has a perfect crispy texture. Benzina is helmed by executive chef Daniele with consulting chef Brian Lockwood. The Benzina had three menus, depending on the seasons, as they first started.

The menu is simple and highlights the smoky flavors from the wood-fired Acunto pizza oven and coal-fired oven. The menu consists of three salads, five appetizers, three housemade pasta dishes, seven pizzas, four entrees, and two desserts. The menu is fascinating yet affordable and can go along anyone's budget. The Benzina will now have an outdoor patio as the warm days arrive in Denver.
