Elliott's an Urban Kitchen

Elliott's is an american restaurant that serves up breakfast and lunch. A quick look at the menu and you'll find a variety of eggs, soups, salads and sandwiches. The star of the show is the Lloyd's burger, which comes with bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and an Alpine bakery brioche bun. You can't beat it! If you're in the mood for something lighter, go with the flat iron salad which includes greens, pickled onion, spiced nuts, bleu cheese, cucumber, tomato, and aged balsamic.

If you haven't been to Elliotts, do yourself a favor and GO!  Cool vibe, fantastic food, friendly staff and a tasty cocktail menu. This place is low key and comfortable.  As I look around I notice all women dining.  Half of which are dining alone and enjoying a quiet moment to themselves, like me.  I enjoyed the green curry and a gimlet.  Both were on point.  One dines first with their eyes and I enjoyed Elliotts  presentation but once I took a bite, looks quickly became second fiddle to flavor. Cochinito Taqueria

This restaurant was established in 2017 and is a casual, chef-driven taqueria. They use fresh locally sourced ingredients as often as possible. Over 9 different varieties of tacos are available including: carnitas, lamb, chicken breast, short rib, chorizo, mushroom, carne asada, and more. You'll also find the Karina's bowl option which includes any taco meat, beans, rice, guacamole, crema, cotija and chips or tortillas. It's basically a party in a bowl.

I wish I took a photo of my food but I was hungry instead I dove straight in.  We had the two taco plate and it was super flavorful and a very reasonable amount of food.  I  was really impressed with the pescado taco and the sauces at the table.  I would also like to make a giant shout out to the mixology master who did the cocktails.  I was blown away by the complex flavors that perfectly complimented the food. Maple Street Bistro

This restaurant is a coffee shop that specializes in crafting high quality espresso drinks and serving locally roasted Anvil Coffee. But there are some amazing lunches available here too. You'll find housemade bagels, and pastries. All of the food is made from scratch daily. You can't go wrong with the breakfast sandwiches and wraps, or the paninis that are served on housemade focaccia bread.

We found this adorable bistro while visiting Spokane for the first time! The food was so delicious that we ate here every day! We tried different items each time and even took some to go for our drive home!! Our favorites were the stuffed bagels, giant cinnamon rolls, and iced chai with house made vanilla sauce!! You can tell the time and effort put into this cute little place with most items made in house from scratch!! Jeannie P.

Have you ever had lunch at any of these locations?
