Fine dining in Spokane has been taken to a completely different level by these three restaurants. I kid you not, if you visit once you'll want to go again and again. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Wild Sage American Bistro

Whether you'd like to have a romantic dinner or celebrate happy hour with friends, Wild Sage is the premier destination for dining in Spokane. Both gluten free and kid friendly menus available too. This restaurant opened in 2006, so it has already been a prized spokane treasure for over 15 years. When I last went there, I ordered the Yukon Taquitos. My partner said she could happily live off of them forever. If it tells you anything, someone ordered 40 of them to go while we were there. I also ordered the Sweet Chili Glazed Tofu and my spouse ordered the Black Bean Tempeh. I truly enjoyed every single bite of my meal.

Wow! Just wow! You know those experiences you sometimes have...those blow-you-away-amazing experiences of fantastic food and outstanding service? This is really, truly and completely a five star place. We will be back! My next order will include more Yukon Taquitos, the polenta fries, Palouse chickpea cakes, Palouse chickpea burger, JP's awesome, creme brûlée, and coconut cream layer cake. I can't wait!! Lisa A.

Wiley's Downtown Bistro

This restaurant was established in 2017. Wiley’s emphasizes great food, delicious cocktails, caring service, and an approachable ambience that all combine together to give you a wonderful experience. Take a look at the menu you and one of the standouts is the braised short ribs. They feature rosemary. green peppercorn, red wine pan sauce and everything yukon. The ravioli is also very unique at Wiley's as it includes chicken breast, bacon, portobello ravioli, cream sauce, and parmesan. Wow, I don't know about you, but I'm hungry now!

This place is amazing. Their food is fantastic (we had the halibut special and the short ribs) and the wait staff was very charming and helpful in assisting us on great bars around town. We will absolutely go back next time we are in Spokane! Thanks Wiley's, for a wonderful dining experience!!! Andrea B.

Inland Pacific Kitchen

This restaurant combines amazing flavors like no other restaurant in town. For example, take a look at the lamb tenderloin. It features merguez, harissa, green chickpea, mousseron mushroom, garlic scapes, and mustard tzatziki. For dessert, try the rye not which is comprised of dark chocolate rye cake, orange pastry cream, pecan nougatine, and poached peach. It is absolutely incredible. Inland Pacific Kitchen is an experience like no other.

Always a great experience here! Staff is great and down to earth, they make you feel welcome. Always interesting combinations and amazing flavors- love trying new and different foods I don't usually cook with or see on other restaurant menus. Highly recommend their pork secreto (fall 2020 menu). Favorite date night place! Marianna M.
