For authentic Mexican cuisine right in proximity to the Canadian border and the falls, nothing beats the quality and selection at El Cubilete. With a massive menu of all the classics and then some, El Cubilete Mexican Restaurant in Niagara Falls, New York is sure to have everyone at the table’s favorite.

For fans of fajitas, El Cubilete most certainly has one covered. The House Special fajitas are a must-try, featuring a trio of tender grilled and sliced chicken, beef, and pork, with bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions, and sides of guacamole salad, sour cream, rice, and beans. For those with a bigger appetite, the El Cubilete Special fajitas offer up a wide assortment of grilled chicken, beef, chorizo, shrimp, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes with the same sides as the House Special.

“Everything at El Cubilete is super good honestly,” said local Buffalo resident Sean Herman. “The fact that anything they make is always great, to me, speaks volumes about a place. You can pick at random and you will love it. Personally, I love the fajitas. They are always spot on, some of the best in Western New York.”

Burrito-lovers will be especially pleased at El Cubilete too, with jumbo creations like the Burrito California with steak, rice, beans, and pico de gallo, sure to satisfy any hunger craving. One savory must-try for any first-time diner is the Burrito de la Roqueta, a fried chicken burrito topped with cheese dip, enchilada sauce, and pico de gallo, with a side of rice and beans for the perfect finish.
