Nothing hits the spot and charges one up for the day like a good hearty breakfast. For some of the best breakfast, lunch, brunch, or anything in between, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Millstone Biscuit Co. has you covered with some of the fluffiest, best biscuits and sandwich creations out there.

The classic breakfast biscuit sandwiches are all there: bacon, sausage, etc. in a world of tasty, customizable varieties, but the specialty biscuits are where the creativity really starts to shine on the menu. The Guac N’ Roll is one such creation, featuring guacamole, turkey sausage, and a sunny side up egg for a hearty and healthy biscuit all the way through.

The King is another must-try for flavor-lovers too, featuring peanut butter, grilled banana, and bacon in a delicious homage to the king of rock ‘n roll. Similarly scrumptious is the Fuji Apple biscuit, which comes with fried apples, ricotta cheese, and a topping of cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle for an amazing dessert-style breakfast treat.

“The Fuji Apple biscuit is the absolute best,” said local North Myrtle Beach resident and diner Shannon Anderson. “The fried apples are so wholesome and fresh, then that caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar add the perfect sugary finish.”

Lunch at Millstone Biscuit Co. offers up some unique local sandwiches and burgers sure to satisfy any appetite, like the Beach Bum burger with smoked gouda cheese, tater tots, a fried egg, and jalapeno bacon jam for a spicy finish. Side choices for all lunches include the diner’s choice of either French fries, tater tots, or chips too.
