The highly anticipated yearly event will feature several barbecue stands representing amazing BBQ restaurants from across the country, as well as a designated Kid Zone for children of all ages and a classic car show on Saturday, all along scenic Chautauqua Lake.

Returning vendors to Ribfest this year will include After Hours BBQ from Orrville, Ohio, Pigfoot BBQ from Mentor, Ohio, Porky Chicks BBQ from Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Austin’s Texas Lightning BBQ from Chicago, Illinois. Much loved local vendor, Fowler’s Fresh Foods, will also be returning as well.

A wider variety of music will also be playing throughout Ribfest this year at the adjacent Lucy Desi Band Stand. Starting out on Wednesday, June 7 from six to nine in the evening will be classic rockers Honky Tonk Heroes. Thursday, June 8 from six to nine in the evening, classic rockers the Untouchables will play. Music-lovers get a double dose of classic rock on Friday, June 9 between Nightshift from five to nine in the evening and Bucked Up from eight to eleven.

Saturday June 10 will be a trio of musical acts to accompany the festival’s estimated busiest day. A DJ from Chautauqua Audio Works, Inc. will play the stand from one to four in the afternoon, followed by the classic rock and blues stylings of the Derek Davis Duo from four thirty to seven thirty in the evening. Closing the festival out will be returning headliner Smokin’ 45 from eight to eleven at night.
