A wide variety of unique steak dishes are available at Don Jose, each served with rice and refried beans unless otherwise specified. The steak pueblo is one such incredible dish, a New York Strip sauteed with garlic and topped with melted cheese, beans, and green sauce. Likewise, the skirt steak is amazing, marinated with fresh garlic, lemon, and olive oil, then grilled and served with cheese enchiladas, black beans, and rice.

The chimichangas are majestic creations at Don Jose’s, deep-fried perfectly crispy, and topped with creamy delicious queso. Those who love seafood will find a wide array of fresh options on the menu too, like the zesty shrimp Don Jose with white mushrooms, garlic, cilantro, white wine, tomato, and lemon. Likewise, the seafood Vera Cruz is available in tilapia, salmon, or cod varieties, each broiled with butter and garlic, then covered in plum tomato sauce, onions, red peppers, zucchini, olives, cilantro, and just a splash of beer.
