For the indecisive eater, choosing between two cuisines can always be a challenge. For those in Sebring, Florida, however, that has never been a problem for those who cannot decide between BBQ and pizza, thanks to Zack’s Pizza and BBQ.
For the pizzas, the classic pepperoni is always good all on its own, but the meat lover is thrice as nice with pepperoni, sausage, and meatballs for a filling pie all around. The White Ricotta is a simpler pie with some excellent light and rich flavor with the blend of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses alongside fresh garlic.
The Buffalo chicken pizza is an amazing spin on a classic pie, featuring hot buffalo sauce, fresh chicken, onions, banana peppers, and mozzarella, while the Margherita impresses as well with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and basil for a zesty slice every time.
From the BBQ pit, the beef brisket is a must-try, smoked up perfectly and served chopped on a bun. The pulled pork sandwich is an excellent choice too, slow and low smoked to tender and topped with a tangy and sweet BBQ sauce.
For the early birds, Zack’s also offers a solid breakfast menu, like the buttermilk pancakes and strawberry Belgian waffle. The Tex Mex Omelette is an icon all its own, featuring four eggs, beef brisket, sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, jalapenos, and shredded cheese with hash browns on the side, while the equally impressive Redneck Eggs Benedict comes with two poached eggs and sausage patties served over biscuits and covered in rich sausage gravy.
