For the best in healthy eats with fresh and zesty flavor, nothing beats the bowls and paninis of Nutmeg’s Cafe in Sebring, Florida.

The Buddha bowls are icons at Nutmeg’s, each filled to the brim with healthy flavors sure to satisfy any hunger out there. The Rainbow bowl, for instance, features grilled chicken, boiled eggs, black beans, sunflower seeds, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, broccoli, quinoa, kale, and a fresh spring mix with the diner’s choice of dressing on top.

For the dieter, the Keto bowl comes with bacon, turkey, boiled eggs, avocadoes, sunflower seeds, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, kale, spinach, and spring mix topped with avocado Greek dressing, while the Waldorf bowl features grilled chicken, dried cranberries, raisins, romaine, red onions, kale, diced red apples, boiled eggs, cucumbers, broccoli, pecans, quinoa, and feta cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

The paninis are a must-try too, like signature panini the Mouse Trap, which comes with a special blend of house species, a five cheese blend, and artichokes. Upgrade the Mouse Trap to a Hog Trap with fresh ham and salami for a mere fifty cents, or try another local favorite, the Erica's panini with fresh Boar’s Head chicken, blackening spices, orange marmalade, mayonnaise, fontina, and red onion.

Make sure to check out the wraps at Nutmeg’s for some uniquely awesome flavors too, like the Blackened Shrimp wrap with fresh shrimp, blackening seasoning, pepper jack cheese, Tabasco mayonnaise, coleslaw, lettuce, and tomatoes, or the Tropical Turkey wrap featuring fresh turkey, orange marmalade, pineapple coleslaw, Swiss cheese, and lettuce.
