For casual, cool atmosphere and a wide variety of Asian cuisine classics, PhoEver is the place to be. PhoEver Asian Cuisine in Brooksville, Florida has an extensive menu of amazing offerings, from their namesake pho, to fried goodies like wontons, egg rolls, and some of the best chicken dishes in town.

The steak pho is an exemplary creation. The balance of savory, spicy, and just a touch of ginger in the broth is amazing. The steak is thin sliced, perfectly tender, and savory down to the last bite. For fans of a wholesome, filling meal, the steak pho cannot be beat.

The orange chicken is fried up crispy in thin strips, adding a nice layer of crunch to each. The orange sauce is the perfect coating, not too saucy, but each piece is covered for maximum flavor potential. Each bite is a rush of sweet and tropical orange, while the accompanying jasmine rice is the perfect savory complement between bites.

The house fried rice and house chow mein are two dishes that deserve a shout out too. The house fried rice is unique, a perfect balance of earthy and savory, while the house chow mein features a combination of shrimp, beef, and chicken for a solid taste sampler of each core protein available.

The milk teas and smoothies are a must-try at PhoEver too. The passion fruit and honey dew options are very popular, while more unique flavors like the lavender and durian are sure to catch the eyes of foodies of all ages.
