For authentic Mexican cuisine in East Aurora, New York, Arriba Tortilla is the place to be. When one first walks in, they are met with quite possibly one of the biggest tequila bars in Western New York, featuring obscure tequilas and much-loved favorites alike. Arriba has décor from all around the world too, making it a wonderful place to sit back with a margarita and just relax.

The taquitos are one of the flagship items to try at Arriba. Each six-inch tortilla is rolled up tight and deep-fried before being topped with cheese and served with refried beans, rice, sour cream, and house pico de gallo. They are available in chicken, beef, or chorizo varieties, with a design your own taquito platter available for four dollars more.

The classic burritos are hearty for anyone with an appetite for flavor. By default, each comes with cheese, rice, and beans inside, with lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream on the side. The pulled pork and pineapple salsa is an excellent option for those craving a splash of sweet, while the chicken and corn salsa is a staple for any lover of poultry.

The chimichanga is a crispy blast of flavor when one first dives into its golden fried perfection. Each bite contains sauteed fajita onions and peppers, corn salsa, and a blend of cheeses. On the side, one gets the usual rice, refried beans, and sour cream. The chimichangas are a must-try and are available in chicken, steak, beef, or pork and pineapple salsa options.
