A new restaurant has come to Solon.

And as the name of the restaurant would suggest, the place offers hummus. The restaurant offers a large variety of hummus flavors: original, 14 spice, rosemary dill, roasted beet, chipotle, sweet roasted red pepper, tomato & basil, horseradish, sriracha, spinach & artichoke, cilantro lime, jalapeno, everything bagel, lemon, and more.

I have been here twice and have been extremely impressed both times! Everything is fresh and delicious. The owners are kind and helpful. Lots of gluten free and lots of vegetarian options. I will come back again and again!

I went because of reviews on our neighborhood Facebook page. I was not disappointed. The food was great. The rice and chicken was very flavorful. The staff , a young lady ,was nice and helpful. She explained everything she did. She took her time with each customer. No rushing. They have other items for sale. The hummus was great. The music also helped set the atmosphere of the place. It was their soft opening. But I saw many customers. It is a takeout restaurant. She gave me eating utensils. She also gifted me with 2 free food items. I just ate. I’m stuffed.
