A new restaurant has come to Dayton.

Earlier this year, the new restaurant Culture opened its doors in Dayton.
You can find the new restaurant at 416 E 5th St.

The menu includes small plates like fried green tomatoes and wonton nachos, which are loaded with bulgogi ribeye, gochujang cheese sauce, Asian pear slaw, sesame seeds, scallions, and sweet chili mayo.

In addition, the restaurant offers sandwiches like the Drip burger (which has a patty made with locally sourced beef, farm-made American cheese, pickled cherry peppers, caramelized onions, and MACK sauce), the Thicc Chick (which is a buttermilk marinated chicken sandwich with pickles and Culture sauce), and DYT chopped cheese, which has locally sourced beef, bacon onion jam, American cheese, white cheddar, shredded lettuce, tomato, and 5th Street sauce.

Culture also offers meatless options like a crispy fried Lion's Mane mushroom sandwich and the Vegan boy, which has Cajun fried plant-based shrimp, remoulade, pickles, tomato, and lettuce.

Furthermore, the menu has main courses like mac and cheese, shrimp and grits, and hibachi fried rice, which comes with fried egg, vegetables, local micro greens, sesame seeds, yum yum sauce, and your choice of protein.

I heard about CULTURE from instagram and decided to go as soon as I could. This restaurant operates somewhere between quick service and table service; where you order at the counter, pay, and then seat yourself to be served your meal.

The food was phenomenal! I had their thick chick with hot honey and it tasted amazing!

I can't praise this place enough and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in the Oregon District!

Finally got to check this place out. Absolutely loved all the artwork/decor and history on the walls and they were super friendly. The restaurant is open 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday from 4 PM to 10 PM. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
