A popular bar and grill has closed its doors in Brunswick.

On September 20, Geeked Out Pub and Grille - which was located in Brunswick at 1439 Town Center Blvd - made this announcement:

It is with a heavy heart that we announce we are closing our doors permanently. We had so much success before the pandemic and we were never able to recapture that magic afterwards. It has been a constant battle to do better than break even and after a terrible Summer season, we have lost that battle. We truly appreciate all of our friends in the community. Thank you to Brunswick, it's residents, and everyone that ever gave us a chance. In the words of the late great Jimmy Buffett, 'Breathe in. Breathe out. Move on.'
