A new restaurant has opened in Springdale.

Earlier this month, Bugatti's Ultra Lounge opened its doors in Springdale at 340 Glensprings Dr. The new spot is a reconceptualized version of Bugatti's Cuisine & Cocktails, which closed its doors in November 2022.

In addition to being a nightclub with an upscale lounge, Bugatti's is a restaurant that offers a range of dinner options.

The menu includes starters such as chicken wings (which can be tossed in one of the following sauces: hot, spicy garlic, hot honey, lemon pepper, or BBQ), lemon garlic salmon fries, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls (which are filled with shaved steak, onions, peppers, and provolone), chicken quesadillas (which are filled with chicken, peppers, onions, and cheese), and Caesar salads.

As for main courses, the restaurant serves grilled lamb chops (which are topped with the restaurant's Boss sauce), fried whole red snapper (which comes with a sweet and sour onion and pepper blend, jasmine rice, and sauteed spinach), fried seafood platter (which comes with fried lobster tails and shrimp), blackened salmon, and Cajun alfredo fettuccine, which can be made with one of the following protein options: chicken, shrimp, salmon, lamb, or lobster and shrimp.

As for sides, you can get 6 cheese mac, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, broccolini, and waffle fries.

If you want something to drink, Bugatti's offers champagne, tequila, vodka, cognac, whiskey, bourbon, and a selection of cocktails. Check out the lemon drop (vodka, triple sec, simple syrup, and lemon), bluebery vodka lemonade, cutie cocktail (Patron, peach schnapps, triple sec, cranberry, pineapple, and orange juice), strawberry peach Hennessy (Hennessy, strawberry, peach, sour, pineapple, triple sec, and Sprite), green tea (Jameson, peach schnapps, sour, triple sec, and Sprite), and more.

Bugatti's Ultra Lounge is open 4 days a week, Thursday to Sunday from 6 PM to 2:30 AM. It is closed Monday through Wednesday.
