A new restaurant has come to the city of Cleveland.
In case you missed it, the new restaurant Tutto Carne opened its doors on May 15 in Cleveland's Little Italy neighborhood. Tutto Carne is an upscale steakhouse that could be a great option for your next date night.
The menu includes appetizers/antipasti such as steak tartare, oysters crudo (which are fresh oysters that come with preserved lemon mignonette and house fermented hot sauce), shrimp cocktail, roasted bone marrow (which comes with sourdough bread, braised onions, salsa verde, and house pickled vegetables), and Coquilles St. Jacques, which are scallops that are baked with bacon and a tarragon scented cream.
If you want a seafood feast, check out the oven roasted seafood tower, which comes with lobster, clams, mussels, scallops, oysters, shrimp, garlic-chili butter, lemon, tomato, anchovy, white miso, and parsley.
Also offered at the restaurant are pasta dishes such as spring pea and ricotta ravioli, house-made potato gnocchi, and spaghetti carbonara, which is made with pecorino Romano, locally sourced eggs, freshly cracked black pepper, and house cured guanciale.
They also have dishes like a dry aged Ohio beef burger, cast iron seared halibut, pan seared scallops, and the triple cut bone-in Ohio "Hog-a-hawk" pork chop, which is dry brined for 48 hours.
And of course, you can't forget about Tutto Carne's steaks, which come from the local butcher shop the Village Butcher. All of the restaurant's steaks are seasoned with Maldon sea salt, and finished with coarse ground black pepper and California extra virgin olive oil. They offer steaks like a 20-ounce bone-in NY strip that's been dry-aged for 60 days, a 10-ounce grass-fed filet mignon, and a 16-ounce Ohio-raised wagyu Delmonico.
So far, the restaurant has gotten a warm reception from customers. Here is what a patron had to say in a Google review:
Beautiful and romantic setting. Food is perfection on a plate! Well thought out cocktails that are sure to please!
