Gray House has already garnered a reputation for making delicious dessert pies at their Westlake location, and now, they're aiming to get a reputation for making delicious pizza ones at their Lakewood location. The dough for their pizza is prepared fresh every day with a unique mix of flours and is fermented to make it soft, chewy, a little sweet, and a little tangy.

Check out the veggie deluxe pizza (which is topped with mushrooms, black olives, onions, and peppers), meatball pizza (the meatballs are made from scratch), and ricotta and hot honey.

Also, for those with dietary restrictions, Boom's offers vegan cheese and gluten-free crusts.

Customer recommendations include the Pink Freud (a red pie topped with fresh mozzarella, garlic cream, and basil) and shroom boom (a white pie topped with mushrooms, garlic confit, and basil).

If you're a fan of the popular brewpub Jolly Scholar on Case Western Reserve University's campus, you should check out Jolly's Pizza & Scholarly Brewing, its new sister restaurant in North Royalton.

Lovers of Hawaiian pizza should check out Almost Paradise, a pie that's topped with double smoked bacon, marinated pineapple, glazed candied ham, and BBQ sauce.
