A new restaurant is coming to North Royalton's food scene.

On March 24, Fire 45 Grille + Social is set to have its grand opening.

Last week, on Saint Patrick's Day, the restaurant had a soft opening, which attendees such as Paul Marnecheck, the president of North Royalton's city council, seemed to enjoy.

The new restaurant's menu will have appetizers such as oysters Rockefeller (which is prepared with gruyere, Pernod, and creamed spinach), Blue Point oysters (which come with cucumber mignonette and cocktail sauce), roasted bone marrow (which is served with gremolata and focaccia), shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, chicken sliders (which have buttermilk chicken, pickle, and chili aioli), chicken tenders, and wings. The menu will also have French onion soup, crab bisque, and salads.

As for entrees, the restaurant will offer short rib (which is served with cauliflower, green beans, zesty onion straws, and bordelaise) and a 14-ounce char-grilled strip steak. For those who like seafood, the menu also has salmon Rockefeller, which is prepared with creamed spinach, gruyere, bread crumbs, and béarnaise sauce. Side options include a baked potato, fresh cut fries, au gratin potato, and asparagus.

Fire 45 will also be making pizzas. Options include a classic Margherita, pepperoni, the forager (which is topped with fennel and apple preserve, caramelized onion, wild mushrooms, goat cheese, sage, and truffle oil), Mediterranean (which is topped with roasted garlic, olive oil, goat cheese, artichoke, Kalamata olive, roasted pepper, caramelized onion, and basil), and Bianca (which is topped with roasted garlic, olive oil, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, and sea salt).

In addition, Fire 45 will have a bar with a selection of draft beers and house wines. They will also be making cocktails such as an old-fashioned, pickle martini, mango habanero margarita, and French 45, which is the restaurant's twist on a French 75.

Fire 45 Grille + Social is a new venture from Chad Trush, a resident of the suburb Strongsville and owner of The Islander Bar & Grille, which is located in the nearby suburb of Middleburg Heights.

The restaurant will open its doors to the public at 4 PM on Friday, March 24 and is located at 6031 Royalton Rd, North Royalton, OH 44133.
