3 Places To Get Corn Dogs in the Cleveland Area

Isla Chiu

Do you enjoy a good corn dog?

If the answer is yes, you should check out these restaurants in Greater Cleveland.

If you're on the eastside, you should check out the delectable corn dogs at Banter. You can't go wrong with their classic corndog, which consists of an all-beef hot dog deep-fried in batter made with Ohio cornmeal and comes with the traditional yellow mustard and ketchup. Customers also love their Mexican street corndog, which is a classic corndog accompanied with aioli, queso blanco, tajin (seasoning that's a blend of chili peppers, lime, and sea salt), and cilantro. If you're vegetarian, try the veggie corndog, which is made with a plant-based hot dog.

Banter is located at 3441 Tuttle Rd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122.

Mason's Creamery

In addition to great ice cream, this place in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood sells mouthwatering Korean corn dogs. The corn dogs are made with yeasted flour dough and rolled in toppings of your choosing. You can go with a regular corn dog (the filling is either an all-beef or vegan hot dog), a half and half one (the filling is half hot dog, half cheese), or a full cheese corn dog. You can get your corn dog topped with panko, Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and/or potato. You can also dip your corn dog in sauces like gochujang marinara, buldak yum yum, ketchup, or mustard.

Mason's Creamery is located at 4401 Bridge Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Noble Beast Brewing Co.

Not only does Noble Beast brew great beers, but the joint also offers a delicious corn dog. Their CLE corn dog consists of a smoked kielbasa that's deep-fried in a spent grain batter. The corn dog comes with a side of honey beer mustard and kraut from Cleveland Kitchen (formerly Cleveland Kraut), a local company that specializes in fermented foods. If you have kids, they'll likely enjoy the kid-sized corn dogs.

Noble Beast Brewing Co. is located at 1470 Lakeside Ave E, Cleveland, OH 44114.
