Heritage Fire, the renowned culinary experience, is returning to Snowmass Base Village in Colorado this summer - July 29th. The event will feature over 20 notable chefs each specializing in whole animal cookery and grilling heritage-breed animals over open flame in the middle of the breathtaking Rocky Mountains backdrop.
The culinary adventure is produced by a21 and educates consumers about honest food from real farmers. The event showcases heritage and heirloom foods such as dry-aged beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, squab, rabbit, duck, fish, chicken, artisan cheeses, oysters, and heirloom vegetables, each sourced from local farms and sponsors.
The festival is the perfect opportunity for food enthusiasts to enjoy an immersive culinary experience. Attendees can indulge in responsibly-raised heritage breed animals cooked over live fires, enjoy a perfect setting of ethically sourced food, and a variety of beverages from local craft breweries, distilleries, and wineries.
VIP tickets to the event are priced at $150, which include an additional 45 minutes of early entry to get up close with the chefs, winemakers, and farmers. VIP guests will be treated to one special dish and will have access to specialty cocktails and reserve wines created by professional bartenders and sommeliers. General admission tickets start at $99 with early bird pricing, tickets are $125 beginning May 30th. This provides guests access to the whole event with ability to enjoy the delicious food and drinks.
