Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

This is one of my favorite ice cream flavors in the summer time and it tastes so much better when made at home using REAL strawberries and no added artificial flavors! Crust pieces: - 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs - 3 tbsp melted butter Mix and freeze Strawberry Add-in: - 2 cups of fresh strawberries, mashed Set aside Cheesecake Ice cream: -8 oz cream cheese -2 cups heavy cream -3/4 cup powdered sugar -2 tsp vanilla extract Whip together until you reach whipped cream consistency Combine: To the cheesecake ice cream batter, fold in mashes strawberries and crust pieces. Store in an airtight container overnight. Enjoy
