How to make Chicken Cutlets

These chicken cutlets are my favorite comfort meal. To make chicken cutlets, first, pound the chicken breasts until they are thin. Then, season the chicken with salt and pepper and dip each cutlet in flour, followed by beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides. To garnish and a little extra flavor, grate parmesan cheese and basil on top! Enjoy
