FULL RECIPE: instaagram @inaeatsin Coppa Profiterole might be my new fav dessert ever. Profiteroles are cream puffs filled with ice cream and topped with chocolate ganache, originating from France. I was excited to try this at a local Italian restaurant, however the profiteroles were served on top of a delicious vanilla cream, giving this dessert an extra smooth texture. I recreated the Coppa Profiteroles at home and they turned out phenomenal! While they may not be the simplest dessert to make at home, it sure is the worth it!
