Chocolate Dipped Ritz PB Sandwich Cookies - easy and perfect for those sweet n’ salty dessert lovers! •1/2 cup Peanut Butter •3 Tbsp powdered sugar •20 Ritz crackers •1 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter. Add about 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter filling on half of the crackers. Press other half of the Ritz crackers on the peanut butter ones to form sandwiches. Freeze 30 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate, add sprinkles, freeze again until chocolate hardens.
