On December 5, 2023, around 11:30 a.m., the Sulphur Springs Police Department responded to a potential case of identity theft at the Red River Credit Union. When they arrived, they discovered an individual who possessed a driver's license with a name and license number that didn't match. It was also revealed that this individual had used someone else's social security number to open accounts. The police took the suspect into custody and transported them to Hopkins County Jail. Interestingly, before the police arrived, an unidentified person had already driven away the vehicle that was initially reported at the scene.
At the jail, the suspect's fingerprints were taken and it was determined that their true identity was Julian Christopher Medina-Montgomery, a 22-year-old from Dallas, Texas. During the booking process, authorities found a baggie in Medina-Montgomery's possession which contained confirmed powder cocaine.

2. FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # OF ITEMS <5
