Two Teens Shot While Traveling Down The Roadway In Greenville Early Saturday Morning

The Greenville Police Department received a notification from the emergency staff at the Hunt Regional Medical Center's emergency room around 12:19 a.m. on September 16, 2023. The staff informed them that they were currently providing treatment to two individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds.

According to the victims, this incident took place in the northern part of Greenville, specifically on the stretch of road between Graham Park and the Wolfe City Drive/Commerce Drive split. It occurred while they were either passing by or being overtaken by a suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle in question is described as a black Ford truck equipped with large chrome wheels and undercarriage lights that illuminate the roadway. Allegedly, this vehicle discharged firearms at them while they were traveling along this route. The motive behind this act of violence remains unknown.

At the time officers arrived at the hospital, both victims seemed to be in stable condition.
