We loved sitting window-side admiring spectacular city views, and the intimate and sophisticated ambiance. For our dinner we sampled the Signature Dinner Tasting Menu which was decadent and delicious, perfect for a celebratory evening. We started with the indulgent Sicilian Red Prawn Tartare and Caviar with Celeriac Puree, the delectable Pan Seared Razor Clam with Salmon Roe in Garlic Foam and Cream Leek, and we loved the light flavours in the the creamy and fragrant Curry Crab Bisque.

The rich Spaghetti with Hokkaido Sea Urchin was huge highlight of the menu and we loved the texture of the Spaghetti with Lamb Ragu. For our main course we could choose between a tender Slow-Cooked French Pigeon with Black Truffle in Red Wine Sauce, or the melt in your mouth Charcoal Grilled Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Tenderloin in Port Wine Sauce. Both were bursting with flavour and expertly paired with amazing red wine options.

Our menu finished with a light and sweet Pink Grapefruit Yoghurt dessert ideal for the humid summer months. We highly recommend the wine pairing for the full experience and to perfectly compliment the delicious meal.
