The chef’s tasting menu is a must order when dining at the Mandarin Grill + Bar, showcasing all the mouthwatering signature dishes. Their menu focuses on high quality seasonal ingredients and refined presentation for a dinner to remember. We loved starting with the decadent “Signature Caviar Tin” using Royal Cristal Caviar, Alaskan King Crab, Ratte Potato, Leek and New Season Peas, and the MSC Certified Fine de Claire Trilogy.
The Veal Sweetbread was delicate and creamy, and the fragrant Turbot was tantalisingly paired with flavourful Carabineros, Toasted Quinoa, Basil Caviar, Butter Sauce and Espelette Pepper. Another highlight was the tender, melt in your mouth Japanese Wagyu A5 Kagoshima Tenderloin cooked to a perfect medium rare, with Butter Poached Asparagus, Caramelised Onion and Wild Garlic Flower.
