Andaru Collection Niseko combines extraordinary design and five star luxury in one of Niseko’s most tranquil and scenic areas. Surrounded by forest and views of Mount Yotei, you’ll find a calming retreat when staying at this unique set of six villas. From the moment our driver picked us up to the check out process Andaru offered world class service and an exceptional experience.

The stylish and sleek design exudes alluring architecture and optimal privacy. We loved the two floor units which included a large open lounge and dining area, spacious balcony, and a kitchenette. The bedroom was perfect for a family of four and the sumptuous and modern bathroom added a spa element to our comfortable stay. From storage for skis at the entrance of the villa to upstairs and downstairs outdoor spaces we appreciated the immaculate attention to detail. The staff ensured each day of our stay was seamless from a car service to the famous ski slopes to organising a personalised itinerary and ensuring every request was met. We loved dining at Ultimo, their in house restaurant, where Hokkaido’s fresh and high quality ingredients were fused with Italian fine dining to create a mouthwatering feast.

For those looking for personalised service and a sanctuary away from the big resorts during their stay in Niseko, Andaru is an ideal choice for all seasons and suitable for groups or families looking for luxury and service at the heart of Hokkaido’s famous mountainside.

Ultimo, located in the stylish and luxurious Andaru Collection Niseko, serves mouthwatering Italian fare in a sophisticated and welcoming setting. We loved the sleek and open dining room featuring floor the ceiling windows, minimal interiors, and exceptional service. The menu is comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from vibrant Hokkaido and each dish is bursting with flavour and flair. Highlights included the delicate Iwanai Herring and Kutchan 540 Potato Terrine with Apple Mostarda, delicate Cherry Salmon Poiret with Yurine Puree and Fermented Violet Cabbage, fragrant Mancini Spaghetti with Aglio Olio Sakura Shrimp and Niseko Ascetic Garlic, and tender and juicy Grilled Yonezawa Pork Shoulder Loin with Balsamic Sauce. A perfect spot for a celebratory meal or intimate dinner party with friends while visiting Niseko.
