The stylish and sleek design exudes alluring architecture and optimal privacy. We loved the two floor units which included a large open lounge and dining area, spacious balcony, and a kitchenette. The bedroom was perfect for a family of four and the sumptuous and modern bathroom added a spa element to our comfortable stay. From storage for skis at the entrance of the villa to upstairs and downstairs outdoor spaces we appreciated the immaculate attention to detail. The staff ensured each day of our stay was seamless from a car service to the famous ski slopes to organising a personalised itinerary and ensuring every request was met. We loved dining at Ultimo, their in house restaurant, where Hokkaido’s fresh and high quality ingredients were fused with Italian fine dining to create a mouthwatering feast.

The menu is comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from vibrant Hokkaido and each dish is bursting with flavour and flair. Highlights included the delicate Iwanai Herring and Kutchan 540 Potato Terrine with Apple Mostarda, delicate Cherry Salmon Poiret with Yurine Puree and Fermented Violet Cabbage, fragrant Mancini Spaghetti with Aglio Olio Sakura Shrimp and Niseko Ascetic Garlic, and tender and juicy Grilled Yonezawa Pork Shoulder Loin with Balsamic Sauce.
